For your prior knowledge, our selling conditions are the following:
The oil paintings on canvas will be sent rolled and packed in a PVC tube together with the product’s authenticity certificate.
The Brazilian law provides that, once the negotiation is settled, we will have to obtain a document from the IPHAN – Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (National Historical and Artistic Property Institute).
Such document takes about 30 days to be obtained. The IPHAN document will enable the work of art to leave the country.
Therefore, it should be pointed out that, after your payment, it will take about 40 days for you to receive the artistic product you bought.
Our products are remitted to foreign countries through UPS, DHL or similar international delivery companies.
If you desire another type of transportation, please let us know.
We do not reserve artistic products. Therefore, you are requested to pay the total price for the artistic product as well as its transportation costs for us to take the necessary steps with IPHAN to send you the product.
After we obtain the IPHAN document, we will send the product immediately to the address indicated by you and will inform you the number of the bill of lading via e-mail for your follow-up.
The purchase will be sent according to your instructions; therefore, our responsibility will be limited to placing the product in the transportation company’s establishment here in São Paulo.
The graphite products will follow the same procedure, but the packing will be different.
